balance online at RCI

i am booked and do not see where my balance is. i am trying to check for my $99 discount. I can make payment but doesn't show balance. any help with this? am i looking in right place?:confused:

If you booked through a travel agent, you will not see your balance or payment info. You would need to call your TA to get the info and post payments. If you booked through RCI directly, it should show up on the 'View full summary details' screen.

Our booking shows that each one of us recieved half of the $99.00 discount.

There's another thread about this issue at the moment. There is a glitch or something in RCCL's system and not every reservation that is supposed to show payment info has it available. For example, my reservation that I booked directly through RCCL's website shows the info, but my reservation that I booked by calling RCCL directly doesn't. If you booked through a TA, it won't show at all - you'll need to call your TA.

 

What you can do if it isn't showing up at the moment (and should be) is just call RCCL directly and ask if the discount has been applied.

That's good to know. I got an email from coupon redemption stating that my 25% off per per certificate was accepted, but it is not showing up on the web site yet (the full price is). I was told by someone in customer service that it should show up within 2 weeks of my cruise, and if not, then to call back. I guess I'll wait and see.
