ebergg Posted June 16, 2006 #1 Share Posted June 16, 2006 Just booked the Glory 7 days in August wife,16 year old daughter and myself. Now my wifes neice says she wants to go but Carnival says that there are no cabins left only balconys. Is there enough room for another adult on a 7 day cruise? Iv'e been on the Sensation and the cabins were a little tight.

big_duck Posted June 16, 2006 #3 Share Posted June 16, 2006 The Glory has cabins for 2, 3 and 4 persons. If you already have an assigned cabin then it is probably only for 3. The Glory has NO rollaway beds so if you want your niece to stay with you, you may have to change rooms. On the other hand, if you booked Guaranteed, you may be able to switch the booking to quad. ILuvCarnival Posted June 16, 2006 #4 Share Posted June 16, 2006 The Coast Guard has very strict regulations that cabins designed to have a designated amount of passengers only have that many or less. This means that if you are in a Triple, you can not have 4 people. To make the change is simple (As long as they still have Quad Cabins available). Just call your Travel Agent or Carnival, if you do not have a TA at 1-800-CARNIVAL. It does seem by your post that they may not have any QUAD (Non-Balcony) cabins left. If this is the case, you may have to upgrade to a Quad Balcony or Suite.
