NCL Dawn - bringing beach towels????

Is it necessary to bring your own beach towels??? From what I can gather they have them for the pool and sundeck areas but can you take them off the ship on an excursion - for instance if we are scuba diving??

Beach towels will be available to take off the ship while in port.

there are tons for use on the ship.....and off, hoever those you pick up as your leaving the ship and believe they go on your sign & sail card, and when you come back you turn them in and get credit for them.....so it costs nothing unless you fail to return them....

They will be easy to find, too. As you are on line to get off the ship, employees will be there to hand them out; you just use your card for a deposit.

 

One note, they are not that big, the size of large bath towels. So if you like having a "beach blanket" sized towel you may want to bring your own. It will be funny when you get to the beach and spot all the matching towels on the sand--all the passengers on your ship!

When you go by the pool area p/u a couple of towels & hold them in your cabin for when you go off the ship. This saves time & you don't have to sign for them
