Most of the time the bags under the eyes are caused by fat deposits.

No amount of creams, gels or preparation H will help.

I am waiting for a less invasive new type of surgery to be developed.

I used to work for a dermatologist & have had a consult with a plastic surgeon.

At times, water retention may add excess fluid under the eyes, which may be helped "a bit" by astringents.

well the Ponds eye gel worked for me great. the problem is they took it off the market about 5 years ago and I have found nothing to replace it, no matter the price.

Well I am talking about under the eye bags from usually LACK OF SLEEP. I do not always have them but I DO have them about 90% of the time. I have bad health and do not sleep well.

 

So really you are talking about something differant then me. that Ponds gel was great-I just wish I could find something like it.
