Shore Excursion Questions

I sure hope some veteran NCL cruisers can help. I'm researching a second cruise for my DH and I over Thanksgiving. We've decided the NCL Dream Texarribean one sounds great leaving Nov.18th. Problem is in budgeting I can't find out the cost or variety of shore excursions. We have the option of a cruise or a week in Jamaica, and want to compare final costs. The website just doesn't seem to offer any information at all. Am I missing a link somewhere? Has anyone visited these ports and have suggestions for excursions? cost if you remember would be great, even if only an estimate.

Here are several suggestion I have done and others I know have done.

In Progreso, many take the shuttle into Progreso and go directly to the beach. You can usually rent an umbrella or palapa. Then spend the day at the beach. Here is a link to the area: http://www.sanbachs.net/cgi-bin/mexico/mexico2.cgi/City=PRO

 

In Cozumel, you can get a taxi to any of the beaches. I have friends that usually go to Paradise Beach. Here is link to it:

In Belize, I recommend that you take a tour. If you have never been to Belize you may be more comfortable with a ship sponsored tour.
