Looking for Captain "Chow"

We were on the Imagination the year before last and had a wonderful Captain from Italy. All I can remeber is that instead of waving good by he would say "Chow" (spelling) and he didn't do it once but twice to get the audience to respond "Chow" back. Last I heard he was on the Fascination. I was wondering if he was out there on any other ship.

LOL....sorry, but that won't narrow things down very much. Many of the bridge officers on Carnival ships are Italian. "Ciao" is an informal farewell....kind of like saying "bye" in English instead of Goodbye or something more formal.
