Passport stamp in Cozumel

Is there somewhere near the piers to get passports stamped? Our time will be limited as we are strongly considering going to Xcaret. I was hoping for a quick off the boat, stamp, back on the boat kind of thing if we are tight on time. Possible?

In January, we learned that the only immigration office with the manual stamp is now located at the airport. If you can make it out there, they will stamp your passport.
