Sovereign of the Seas Refurbishment...details?

I have read that the Sovereign of the Seas is going to be dry docked and refurbished in Novemeber 2004. Besides adding balconies, does anyone have any other details as to what else will be done to her? Like adding a speciality restuarant, public rooms redone, etc.

I heard that they were putting a Johnny Rockets in. I not sure if this is true. I am sure that they will be redoing the public areas. I am looking for a total refurb.
