Compare Suites on Different Lines

I'm having difficulty comparing types of cabins on different lines because I'm not very familiar with some of the terminology. So I hope someone can tell me what to look for on Celebrity, HAL, and Princess that would equate to a Royal Family Suite on RCL. In other words, if a Royal Family Suite on RCL would meet our needs, what would be a comparable cabin to look for on the other lines?

Thanks in advance!

I would say square footage, number of bathrooms, and number of people that can be accommodated are the important factors to look at. This website has very detailed descriptions of cabin categories: http://www.cruisedeckplans.com/. Take a look at the deck plans for ships in HAL, Celebrity, and Princess to see which ones would work.

My guess is that you could also get roughly the equivalent of the Royal Family Suite on those lines by looking for two adjoining balcony cabins or suites that have the symbol on the plans indicating that a 3rd and 4th person can be accommodated in each of them.
