New York Airports and Cruise Port

We are sailing from New York on 13 August for the Bahamas and are scheduled to return on 19 August. We will be on the Norwegian Spirit. Having never been to the New York Cruise Port, I would liike to know where it is located. Also if we fly in to LaGuardia Airport (which has the least expensive faires), What is the best way to get from the Airport to the cruise port.

As for getting to the pier from LGA, I would take a cab. It costs about $30 (plus toll and tip). That's per cabload, not per passenger.
