Can anyone tell me how easy this is? and how to do it? My Grandparents left today and I am anxious to find out that they are settled ~(had a few problems wrt conflicting information from Cunard which made my Grandfather (80) rather nervous.

IDD code 011 for calls from US or 00 for calls from UK

 

Ocean region is 871 (Atlantic East/Europe)

Alternatively from US call 877-266-0985 for assistance (free call) or 732-335-3272 preceded by appropriate international and country codes.

 

Prepare for an expensive phone call.

 

If she left Southampton at 5 there may still be a signal for a mobile phone.

 

Alternatively email on qe2@cunard.com quoting cabin number and their names in the subject line. This is free to both of you and will be delivered to cabin. There are directions for them to phone you in the cabin, and you can ask them to give you a quick call to say they are okay.
