After Meaghan's Bay, where to go to shop?

Our boat docks at 1:00 pm and we will head off to Meaghan's Bay for a bit and then we would like to shop and browse. Can someone please tell me where do people go to do that? We have never bee to St Thomas before and I know in St Maartan, it seems as though people go to Font St. Is there something similiar in St Thomas? I just don't knwo where to direct the cab to take us after the Meaghan's Bay. Is there shopping by the pier if we have the cab bring us back there? Sorry for all the questions, but we don't know anything about this island and I would just like someone who has been there to put us in the right direction. Thanks in advance!!!

Havensight Mall is right by where most of the ships dock. You can go there or a short cab ride over to downtown Charlotte Amalie.

Haven't been to St Thomas for awhile, but always enjoyed shopping in the

downtown area. A H Riise was a favorite, as they have most everything, from

liquor to linens, cosmetics, jewelry, crystal, art, and more. I found their

sales associates to be friendly and helpful. On the waterfront there were

venders selling T-shirts, crafts and lots of fun stuff for browsing. Have fun!!:D

A H Riise is located downtown on Main St. You need a copy of St Thomas

this week with lots of shopping info. If you can't get a copy on the ship, you

should be able to find one easily in any store after leaving the ship. There's a

park and to the left is the Post Office and that is Main. Welcome to all

shopaholics!!
