I second the Salvatore recommendation, he was great. He's a trekkie too if you want to get him talking, it won't take any effort though.

We used a car service 2 years ago that we were extremely pleased with. The website was Positanotaxi.net, the driver was Luigi, but I'm sure anyone would be good. The price was also more reasonable than most. Irina
