What's the best beach that's reasonably accessable on Grand Cayman?

Most people go to 7 Mile Beach. Cabs are right at the pier.

The beach is public. I think some of the hotels offer packages that include a lounge chair and a drink, but I don't know which ones. But you don't have to spend a dime...just plunk your towel down and enjoy the beach.

 

There's also Royal Palms which offers chairs, food, restrooms and water toy rentals.

Sea Grape on Seven Mile beach. Everything you need right there. $4 per person each way.

Does Sea Grape have snorkeling? We have our own equipment.

They rent snorkeling equipment there, so I would want to say yes. I don't think it would be the best you could have on the island though. I haven't done it there, so I can't personally attest to it. Maybe someone will have more info for you.
