Menu nights for Explorer 10 eastern

Would anyone happen to know the menu's for the 10 day eastern caribbean in the dining room? I heard that Friday is lobster and monday is caribbean. I am trying to decide which night to go to Portofino's so we can book it as soon as we get on the boat. THANKS!

Just got back from the 9 day Explorer on Sunday. Monday night is Caribbean night and that is the night we ate at Portofinos. Incredible food and service!!!!

Someone posted the compasses for this cruise and they list which night is which .
