DW and I used them back in March. It was our first cruise. They took great care of us. Make sure you contact them (via e-mail). They will provide you with some good advise. We had a big group which required two vans. The other van requested and they stopped at a liquor store in town on the trip back. They will go the extra for you.

We used them last September. Exceptional service there were three of us myself, husband and 10yr old granddaughter. We had two guides for the three of us Cave tubing. Cynthia took extra care in the caves with our granddaughter.

Can't say enough about the tour with them. They were great and you do not have to walk as far to get to the river with them as you do with the ships tour.
