Ahhhh! reservation disappeared!

Ahhhh!! Just booked a cruise on Mariner of the Seas (first EVER cruise) for December, 2007....

 

Got an e-mail from RCI with confirmation #, details, etc...

 

Now, the reservation is not appearing on my cruises on the RCI website!! What the he#$????

 

Has this happened to anyone else??

*Just* happened to me. I was looking at it one second, and it was gone the next. They must be doing site maintenance.

I've just been trying to check out cruises and prices on RCI's web site and it keeps saying unavailable so I wouldn't worry. I think they are having a temporary problem. Maybe they are updating the system.

i had trouble with the page even coming up, now it pops up but doesnt show the reservation

do a thread search for "missing reservations" and you will notice that this is not a new thing. It keeps happening...but fear not...your reservations ARE still there and there is an alternate way to find them.

They often do maintenance on the website on Saturday nights. Usually starts anywhere between 6:00pm and 10:00pm central time and often doesn't come fully back up until after 8:00am on Sunday. I'd wait until the morning and try it again.

:confused: Yep, it happened to me, too! These boards are great...When I realized that it was too late to contact Royal Caribbean, I knew I could probably get info here...And true to form, I was not disappointed! Thanks guys!

RCI had something going on with their site yesterday evening. My reservations were all gone, but they're back today. :)
