HELP 1st Time Cruiser- Ecstasy Formal Night Attire ??

Hello I need help, we are going on our 1st cruise on the Ecstasy on 9/23/06. And I am so confusesd :confused: on what to wear on formal night. I read threads and hear so many stories about people wearing shorts and tank tops to dinner, then hear we are suppose to dress formal. So please help! Need to know what to wear, casual everyday dress, cocktail dress or actual long formal. Also anyone that can send pictures of what they wore on the Ecstasy would be wonderful. This 1st time cruiser needs all the expert advice she can get. Thanks in advance.

I say dress formal-or at least dress up in a nice outfit-it is fun-the idiots in shorts are missing out as far as I am concerned.

I love dressing up. Have fun and put those guys not dressing up to shame!
