Hello,

 

I don't know of any free public internet or hot spots around Havensight on St. Thomas, which is where most ships dock. I think Offshore restaurant offers this for customers, not sure how it works though. I am pretty sure that you need to come with your laptop because I haven't seen any computers there in a long time.

 

There are a couple internet cafes in Havensight area.
