Nkelly14 Posted July 26, 2006 #1 Share Posted July 26, 2006 Is there a charge to enter Magens Bay?
richtersl Posted July 26, 2006 #2 Share Posted July 26, 2006 Yes there is. I think it's $3 per adult. Not sure how much for children. Magen's is the only beach on St. Thomas that charges admission, BTW. If you go there, the view is lovely but once you get to the water walk toward the left. Why? The crowds thin out. If you stay near the concessions it'll feel too much like home for you. :D When we were there it reminded me of Jenkinson's Beach on a crowded holiday weekend with kids running all over the place kicking sand up and people stepping over you. We just walked to the left and it was much better.
The Islander Posted July 26, 2006 #3 Share Posted July 26, 2006 PS to richtersl reply.... children are .25 cents (but I don't know the age range). If case you are renting a car, car parking is $1. --Islander http://www.*****
