Majesty for New Years

We have sailed Explorer (Eastern) last year & want to do something around Christmas/New Years. We are looking at Majesty for the 7 night Bahamas. Could anyone compare the 2 cruises? Will we be dissapointed?

 

Also, opinion on rooms:

We are a family of 4 (10DD & 13DS) would you:

A: 2 inside rooms deck 8 (8038 & 8040)

or

B: Grand Suite (1036)

 

The grand suite comes out $2300 more.....

Well,

I promised my daughter I would take her on any cruise she wished for a graduation present. Wife and I always sailed RCCL and told her that is the cruiseline, pick a cruise. You guessed it, she picked the Majesty New Years Eve cruise. (of course, it had to be the most expensive)

 

Wife and I have always had inside cabins, and since it was her first cruise with us, we decided to get a JS, nothing like spoiling her on a 1st cruise.:D

 

We decided on this cruise because of the destinations, we have been to Cococay several times and really enjoyed it, and wife always wanted to go to Key West, and we want to visit Atlantis Casino while in Nassau, and of course Dunn River Falls in Jamaica. Not sure what to expect on the ship tho'. Don't really want to deal with a boat full of party goers it being a New Years eve cruise.

 

Anyway back to the room choice, you better make it soon, not that many suite rooms left.
