Yes, Decks 9.10,11 for sure. Midship inside starboard side. Ask your cabin attendant. They are free but you need 4 quarters for soap unless you bring your own.

There are washers, dryers, irons and ironing boards in the Dawn's self-service laundry rooms. All free.

yes they have them but you didn't mention what deck you were on..ask your room steward and they will be happy to show you....have quarters for the tide machine or if you bring your own use less than you do at home since it's soft water you don't need as much detergent or fabric softner ;)
