All aboard the Regal Princess- Heading to Alaska

Greetings!

Just a little story about the Regal Princess. At the end of May my wife and I decided to see Alaska in its full glory, so we purchased cruisin tickets from Princess. As July 5th neared we grew ever so eager to witness the great out doors, and finally the day arrived. Once on the ship we made our selves right at home by taking advantage of the spectacular activities on board, eating is what I am taking about. Food... food... food, with the tickets bought and paid for we hope to get our moneys worth by eating all we could, so we hit the morning breakfast, maybe fit in a little snack before lunch, then shortly after we proceeded to tea, then lunner(after lunch but before dinner), and last but not least a four course dinner.

I took this Picture from the Orca Enterprises boat!

You know what guys... continue the story here. Also please see my gallery for pictures on Alaska.

Wow, what a spectacular whale breach!!! I wanted to do the whale watch on my Regal cruise, but ended up doing a helicopter/glacier trip. I think I made the wrong choice (though being on the glacier was interesting)

My folks just left yesterday on the Regal to Alaska. It's their third time on that itinerary, so they must like it. Plus, it leaves from San Francisco which makes it easier on them.

Thanks for sharing your experiences.

Between lunner and dinner, you did stop by for ice cream and chocolate chunk cookies, right?

Did you see my Photo Gallery on my website? I've got some more shots of this breach. :D

Yep, great shots of your cruise. I'm glad to see you guys got a water salute from the San Francisco fire department boat as you left. A co-worker sailed the Regal last year and they didn't get a salute. It's nice the see the city welcoming the cruise ships.

Happy sailing.
