How about a stingray excursion? We used Captain Marvin's and had a ball.

You could always shop in the port area.

Or do an island tour (they mostly go on the 7MB area). Although we did see this open trolley that was toward the right of the port area. Maybe it was Trolley Roger? Most go to Hell, the turtle farm, the shell house, and stop at the Gov.'s mansion.

You could grab a cab and head to Royal Palms or Sea Grape. They both have food, restrooms and chair rentals. SG also has Red Sail Sports and you could rent waverunners, etc. from them.

The Tortuga Rum place is right in the port (to the right).

There's submarines...one that goes down quite a bit and one that just skims the surface. I think it's the Nautilus and Atlantis.

You could eat lunch at Breezes (one our favorites), which is right in the port area. There's also a Hard Rock right there, but we ended up at Breezes a few times. I think there's also a place called Paradise Cafe in port area, but we didn't make it there.

On our last cruise, we had done the Stingray City/snorkeling excursion with Nativeway Watersports, and they were so great, we decided to use them again for the “Rays, Reef, and Rum Point Tour” ($60 pp for adults, $45 for age 10 and under; snorkeling gear provided). These guys are amazing! We only had 18 people on the tour and got LOTS of personal attention and time with the rays at Stingray City. At the snorkeling stop, Sheldon lured a nurse shark out of its cave for us to “pet” while it swam around, and also got a moray eel to come out for a swim. Rum Point is a really beautiful beach, and the food included in the tour price was excellent. (You order from a grill menu while on the boat and they have it ready for you when you arrive at the beach.) We bought the DVD of our tour from the videographer ($65). It was well done and brought back wonderful memories.
