Anyone know a hotel near the NYC Pier?

I am booked on the 2/8 cruise out of NYC and just in case of poor weather or a blizzard or something....is there a hotel nearby we can go to the night before?

I googled the address and looked for hotels and motels.

None look 4 star, but there are a few that should be reasonable.
