Stayed the same this week, which is good considering I am trying to maintain my weight now. Maintaining is just as hard as losing, now I can eat a bit more but not too much. My friends from Scotland come over the week before and they brought me all sorts of goodies from Scotland. Needless to say, I've been VERY bad! Congrats to everyone!! I just need to start doing my Turbo Jam and maybe I will keep losing!
