Luggage & Parking at Cape Liberty

We will be driving to the pier in Cape Liberty on Sept 8. Does anyone know if there are porters to take the luggage from the parking lot or if you have to take it from the parking lot to the pier by yourself? Thanks in advance & happy sailing:)

We were on the July 14th sailing of the Explorer. We arrived at 11:00a.m. and followed the signs to the terminal which is just past the entrance of the parking lot. You unload your bags from the car and give them to the porter. Then you get back into your car and go around the circle and park the car in the parking lot. It was $15.00 a day and they do take both credit cards and cash. It is a short walk back to the terminal where you check in and get your seapass card. Then a shuttle bus will take you to where the ship is docked. We were on the Explorer by 11:30 and had the best 9 days ever. You'll love it!! I can't wait to go back. :)
