Carnival Mexican Riviera Excursions

I was wondering about the excursions offered by Carnival for the Mexican Riviera. I have not been on Carnival in many years. Can anyone tell me their experiences with the ship's excursions. I'm particularly interested in the beach excursions, but would like to hear about what you found good or bad.

alot of the excursions you can do on your own and save a lot of money... which ports are you going to ??? i would put in your post where you are going and then get some info from people on here. theres a lot of info on these boards , they helped us sooo much...
