How long for Travel Docs? We leave in 13 days!

I used to work for an agent who would let docs sit there for weeks sometimes. It would drive me nuts knowing how anxious people are to have those in hand. I would look them over and want to call and let people know they are in, but she wouldn't let me until she was ready. UGH!

 

To them it's just a pile of papers on their desk to get through. For the traveler, it means a whole lot more as we all know!

 

So, don't worry, they'll get to them when they're good and ready.
