Anyone ride public buses in georgtown to Rum Point?

My sister and I will be there next week and we want to try the local bus system to get around. I cant find details on time or exactly where depot is in Georgetwon , or if it walking distance from the cruise dock.

I am also interested in cost/time of Taxi VS Bus to rumpoint. Anyone been on the buses??

I just read a thread that some cruisers rented a jeep and it took them 45 min to get to the beach-hope that helps a bit

Teh bus depot in Georgetown is next to the library, about three blocks inland from the tender docks.

 

Public busses do not routinely go as far as Rum Point, and this is not a viable menas to count on for a return from Rum Point.
