Hi Everyone

can someone please tell me if there are two formal nights which of the two is the more formal 1st night or the 2nd night?

Just making my final decision on dresses and shoes to take.

and yes DH is wearing a suit :D and a tie:D :D

Many thanks

Helen

On any cruise I have been on people seem to get more "excited" about the first formal night. We went on Pacific star this month (12 nights). There was a "meet the Captains do" before dinner on the first formal night. Before the second formal dinner there was a cocktail party for "frequent or previous" P&O passengers.

There are usually photo opportunities both nights if you want formal photos.

I would say they're both about the same -although sometimes by the second one people tend to be more relaxed and a little less formal maybe.

Hi Helen & Rob. Hope you have a wonderful time. I'm sure you will. Formal noght should be extra special for you guys with your ballroom dancing. ENJOY & let us know all about it when you get back.

BTW Helen, I saw your daughter's friend (Lisa) last week at Adam's gig. Sorry but she seems to be way tooooooooo young.
