bronnie Posted August 18, 2006 #2 Share Posted August 18, 2006 On any cruise I have been on people seem to get more "excited" about the first formal night. We went on Pacific star this month (12 nights). There was a "meet the Captains do" before dinner on the first formal night. Before the second formal dinner there was a cocktail party for "frequent or previous" P&O passengers. There are usually photo opportunities both nights if you want formal photos. Jaky1 Posted August 21, 2006 #5 Share Posted August 21, 2006 Hi Helen, I supose someone has to organise his clothes as he wont do it himself propley, & does this mean you are going to both formal nights & he is wearing a suit at both. Rob
chook63 Posted August 23, 2006 Author #6 Share Posted August 23, 2006 Hi Jacky1 Yes I guess he will be, & if I don't pack his clothes he leaves the important stuff behind, so its just easier if I do it. I was born to organize :D :D :D Helen
karmac Posted August 27, 2006 #7 Share Posted August 27, 2006 Hi Helen & Rob. Hope you have a wonderful time. I'm sure you will. Formal noght should be extra special for you guys with your ballroom dancing. ENJOY & let us know all about it when you get back. BTW Helen, I saw your daughter's friend (Lisa) last week at Adam's gig. Sorry but she seems to be way tooooooooo young. Karen
