Does Cunard offer ship's tours in the ports like other cruiselines?

I just realized that Cunard doesn't have excursions on their website. We have been in the Caribbean over 30 times and never take any excursions. However, this time our widowed sister in law is going with us and she has fond memories of Jamaica and wants to take an excursion there.

We prefer the ship tour rather than doing it on our own since we are all senior citizens.

All the other cruise lines offer tours, do you know if the QM2 does? I can't recall seeing a tour desk when we were on her last time. If so, do you have to wait until you are onboard to reserve them?

I was able to locate some shore exursions on the website but I found it wasn't complete and had to wait for my pre-cruise docs to see a complete list of what was offered for my trip.
