They were on Victory when we boarded on Aug 3 in NYC.

Just returned from Elation Yesterday. They were opened when we boarded last Sunday. We were surprised to see people out there before we even set sail. This was first cruise and absolutely loved the ship! Working on review and will post soon.

now cruise 5 we've had hit and miss with the pool, but we ALWAYS bring a carry on suit to lay out on deck with, the pool may be getting a last minute cleaning for you, but usually, the sun is out and waiting.
