high chairs

Can anyone tell me what the highchairs are like on the Carnival Triumph?

Are they wooden or do they have a removable tray? Do they pull right up to the table? Also, are the same kind available on the Lido deck?

Thanks for any information.

OK, let me qualify this response by saying that we haven't sailed with CCL since March 2004, so my answer is based upon that. The high chairs are the same in the dining room and on the Lido deck. They're molded plastic with a wide base (legs) and a lap belt to hold the child in place. There's no tray, you just pull it up to the table. Here's DD in one a few years ago... http://community.webshots.com/photo/97137249/1097140187050830847gIHOOc . You can't see well, but it may give you an idea what to expect. Hope you have a great cruise!

I just got back from the Triumph's last sailing. There are plastic high chairs (the ones that we used, anyways). They do not have a tray that I know of and they can be pulled right up to the table. My daughter ate right at the table with the rest of us.

They do have the high chairs on the Lido deck, although you may have to ask for one if you do not see any because they keep them all over the place. Anything else I can help with?

Thanks for the info regarding high chairs. Do you know anything about the cribs in the rooms? We have triplet grandaughters traveling with us (their mom and dad too). We have been assured they will put 3 cribs in the balcony room. Are the cribs small???? Thanks
