Any Soot problems on Mariner?

Has anyone experienced any problems with soot on an aft balcony on Mariner lately. We've read in the past that it can be either non-existent, a minor annoyance, or major pain in the neck on ships with some age on the power plant. We're in our first aft balcony cabin next month and hope the problem is non-existent or minor, due to the fact that the Mariner is a relatively new ship.
