Age for Children on Antarctic Cruise

For anyone who has done the antarctic cruise, what is the minimum age for children you would suggest so that they get/appreciate the experience and are able to participate in all of the activities?

 

We have cruised with our children several times, but want to be sure we get the ages right for the antarctic being that it is probably a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
