Beach Dive Roatan

Does anyone know where in Roatan would be the best place for a beach dive, CocoView or Fantasy Island. We also have 2 non diver with us and would like to have a nice place for them to sit at the beach while we dive. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

CocoView without question of these 2, stayed there a number of times, the dive is simply closer to CCV, it's a long swim from Fantasy Island to the nice part of the dive.

 

That said, I would maybe try one of the diveops in Westbay next time just for variety. Well maybe anyway, there are new owners at CCV, so I might want to see what they've done with the place.........

Addendum to the above,

 

A friend was at CCV the first of September, said the coral was mostly dead and there were few fish. He had been there before as well as dozens of other places all over the world, so I will take him at his word. Not just out front at the resort, but on the boat dives as well.
