Evangeline and Acadian journey

I will be on a cruise in oct. and one of the stops is Halifax. I was wondering if anyone has been on this excursion. it sounds very interesting. Touring the countryside outside of Halifax. Would appreciate any thoughts about this excursion. We will be on the Constellation.

We returned from the Maasdam several weeks ago. We had a wonderful time and unlike the past several cruises we had wonderful weather. I am not familiar with the excursion you mentioned but Halifax is a great city and is meant to be explored. If it is a half day tour then you will have the best of both worlds.

 

We did head up to Peggy's Cove in the morning and still had enough time to spend at the Titanic Cemetery and the Maritime Museum. We even had enough time to walk along the boardwalk back to the ship.

Thanks Travel for the info. We have been to Halifax before and have toured the city and peggy Cove. We were just wondering about that excursion. Again thanks.
