Buying Booze

We are sailing the Elation in August to Progresso, Cozumel, and Belize. I want to buy some Crown Royal to bring back, but the last time I sailed (on Paradise), the ships's store didn't carry it. Anyone know if this is still true? If so, which of the three ports will be easiest to find it. Looks like we will have more time for shopping in Progresso. Thanks

You're in luck. Carnival ships dock at Puerto Maya Pier at Cozumel, and there's an a/c mall right as you get off the ship. They have a very large selection of alcohol in the store in that mall - and you can pick up your CR just before getting back on the ship! Prices are about the same as on the ship. (I brought some CR back from there last year.)
