Sunset vs Dr Caves Beach & Sea Trek Question?? Help!

Can someone please tell me the pros vs the cons of Sunset Beach and Dr. Caves Beach?

 

Also - has anyone done the SeaTrek dive while in Mo-Bay??????

We did Dr.'s Cave Beach Oct. 05- the employee's there were very nice however every single employee asked us if we wanted "smoke" even the security guy! We did fianally get a great "umbrella" boy who was so kind and he filled us with so much history of Jamaica and warned off all the "smoke man" people. We were amazed even when we got in the water people appeared out of the water literally and asked if we wanted smoke or hair braided. The umbrella guy explained to us that the island people were a little aggressive because they had not had a boat for several weeks - this was after hurrican Katrina and Rita. But overall if you can put up with the constant pestering the beach was clean & the food & beverage service was quick and good.
