Cabins near ELEVATORS??? PRIDE #6146

Hello!! Anyone have problems with cabins near the elevator?

 

I'm thinkin...I hope it's not really noisy!! We are on the Pride and were upgraded to #6146.

 

At least being near the stairs it will be easy to find our way...but still....dont know if I want to hear beligerant crazy azz drunk people acting a fool all nite! lol...

 

But hey....maybe we just wont notice! lol..

You should hear no noise from the elevators, as for drunks making noise at night, you will hear them no matter where your cabin is located.

We were on the Triumph last Feb. We were on the Upper deck right next to the elevator bank and heard no noise from the elevators. It's also very convenient to get around when you are close to the elevators.

The doors on the Pride are sealed tight, even the balcony doors. I have had cabins close to the Elevators and could not hear a thing. Last week when the Cruise Director would say something I had to open the door to hear what he was saying.

We purposely choose a cabin middeck and near the elevators. We have NEVER had a problem with noise from the elevators. It makes getting around much easier !!!
