Splendour OTS- arrival time back to Venice

Hello, does anyone know the time SOTS arrive back into Venice. Thinking about booking return flights which departs at 10.40am. Is it possible to get off the ship, pass customs and get a land taxi to arrive at MarcoP airport to check-in at 0840am.

we just got off sos sept 17th. we docked at 6 am and we were the first off the ship at 7:45 am. we took the bus to the terminal to claim our luggage and walked right thru customs and out the door where taxis were waiting. it was 30 euros to the airport and took 20-25 minutes. we arrived at 8 am and had lots of time for our flight which left at 11:30am. hope that helps. have a great cruise

Raetime, information much appreciated. I aware that the time you are call to disembark depends on your luggage tag please can you tell me who and when do you ask to get these tag. Also we are a party of four can the land taxis accommodate us? Thanks.

the cruise ship will post an announcement the first day or so to list with the purser's office if you have an early flight out on sunday. by doing so, you will get luggage tags that will get called first off the ship (light blue) we just went to midship on the 2nd deck stairs and waited. that's as far as they will let you go. when they make the announcement to disembark, just get off, they don't check anything. the taxi we took was large enough for 4 if you don't have too much luggage- one up front and 3 in the back. it's the luggage that might not fit. hope that helps
