shutterbug630 Posted October 10, 2006 #2 Share Posted October 10, 2006 We were witness to a child getting sick out a tour van window. The roads are quite windy with hairpin turns. There is one main road that winds all the way around the island. I know by the end, I was getting a bit of a headache. If you are prone to carsickness, I would definately take Dramamine or Bonine to be on the safe side.
Sheffie Posted October 10, 2006 #3 Share Posted October 10, 2006 Our friend just about got carsick in St. John, so she took a Bonine when she went to bed the night before our St. Lucia land tour, and she didn't have any problems.
Progress Posted October 10, 2006 #4 Share Posted October 10, 2006 Well if you are expecting and wish to do a tour of the island you may be a bit worried but there are other means of taking a tour of the island. I can also suggest that you have an early breakfast to prevent you from being worried. There are day cruise organised by your tour group or I can recommended *****. They do have some excellent tours available and at resonable prices check them out you won't regreat a momment spend. I have used them for my vacation to the island as well as my family for day cruises. They do have an excellent ambasador service in plan. You will love them.
