Good Morning All,

Say that was super advice on the sea sickness..thanks a lot. I've already got butterflies in my stomach and we are still 23 sleeps off departure....eek.

Just a Q about bringing duty free liquor on board. I believe that you can't take your own on board at embarkation, but what say you buy some in Vila etc. Can you bring it on board or is it "kept" for you until you disembark?

Also hubby has a Q.What do people do all day (apart from support the bar with one's elbows?)

Hope it's a nice day for you ..

Cheers

Kinka

G'day, sorry but you cannot take your grog with you. It is put into storage and delivered to your cabin the day before disembarking.

Everyday there are things to do, be it energetic...learning new dance steps, table tennis, shuffleboard, swimming in the pool, go for long walks around ship, etc. heaps.... inside there are movies, play card games, join in Trivia, bingo, etc . I always say...if you don't enjoy yourself on a cruise ...then it is your own fault...you can do anything or everything. or nothing at all. that is you choice. whatever you wish to do ...it is your holiday.

regards, Lorraine:) :)

There is always something to do on the cruise during the day- so much in fact, that sometimes you need to choose between things to do and miss out on something.

To give you an idea, we had dance classes, trivia, seahorse racing, perfect match and marriage match audience participation games, movies like Ray and the Davinci Code...

In the casino, they were teaching passengers how to play casino games, there was air hockey, table tennis, pokies, arcade, pools with a water slide, jacuzzis, shuffleboard, golf tournament...

Legends bar played sporting DVDs during the day for sports nuts, there was an art gallery, activities like flower arranging, quilling, jewellery making, duty free shopping, library with board games, card game lessons and computers with internet.

There is a beauty salon and a gym, cocktail flair demonstrations by the bartenders, lifesize chess set on deck...

Beer quoits, cooking demonstrations, talent shows, tours of the ship...

You will probably spend a great majority of time eating. Well, we did. :o Brekkie, afternoon tea, lunch...

Then of course you go over to your islands.

In the evenings, there are parties on theme nights, shows in the lounges, comedians, we had a comedy magician, a range of bars to choose from, movies and all that...

You wont be bored. :D
