Arriving in St Maarten at 11:00 am

Have any of you docked in St. Maarten at 11:00, and gone on the tour with Victor? I have booked our tour in St. Thomas with Sunny, and am just waiting to hear back from Sunny, about our tour in St. Maarten. I am just concerned because we arrive there so late in the am. will that affect the tour? I have asked Sunny this as well, but thought maybe someone here might be able to ease my mind before I hear from him.

Just heard from Sunny, and thought I would let you know that he said we arrive too late to get to book that tour.:(
