Cruise for a Honeymoon

We went on our first cruise last summer and I've been itching to go back. I convinced DF to do a cruise :D for our honeymoon.

 

We are going to book a balcony no matter what . . . we live in CT so we were considering one of the cruises that goes out of NY down to the Caribbean but we're not against sailing out of Florida. Which ship would you recommend? We went on the Celebration last time around and although I did like it a lot, I'd like to do a newer ship for the honeymoon. We'll be getting married on July 1 so we might have to wait a week or two for the sailing...which is fine. Thanks in advance for any hints/advice!

Hello there, im taking some cruises for my honeymoon ( i get married on november 25th), i live in Venezuela (i need air transportation to any port i choose) and after seeing and comparing, i took Carnival Valor, because is a new mega fun ship, a couple of years old, departs on sundays and have 2 caribbean routes, one for the eastern and one to the western, which is perfect if u plan to take back to back cruises (like i will do).

 

I checked carnival´s website and i found that carnival Miracle departs from NY on July 6th for an 8 days eastern Caribbean, so u could save the air money.
