anyone have the 'fun facts' of a week long cruise.. how many pounds of banana's, ect.

Years ago, I had found a 'fun facts' sheet on how many pounds of the different kinds of food were used on a cruise ship each week, and how many bottles of water, beer, wine, towels, etc.... It was really cool and I cant find that information anywhere now. Does anyone have any information on this? Going on Carnival Liberty, but it doesnt have to ship or even cruise line specific..
