Billy Bones in Grand Cayman

I have read on the internet that there is a restaurant/bar called Billy Bones in Grand Cayman. My understanding is it is a restaurant/bar with a swimming pool right on the beach. Has anyone been there? Is is open to the public, a/k/a cruise ship passengers? We are thinking this would be a great place to take our daughter so she can have a pool while we enjoy the beach. Please advise.

It's at Treasure Island Condos and that is about all I can say about that!

You could email them, but I imagine visitors are allowed. Not sure of charges.
