Star Princess mini suites

Can anyone tell me about the following minisuites on the Star Princess!

E722, E724. I'm wondering if these balconies are covered and do they connect? we have been on the Diamond Princess and some of the balconies connected only from the outside.

How about D702, D704, D724? Are these balconies covered? I have heard many different answers.

Thanks,

Hi

I have sailed on the Star twice and both times I had a mini suite on Dolphin deck. The answer to your question is that they are partially covered.

The ship is tiered and as you go down part of the balcony below is covered by the balcony above. Since the mini-suites are a bit larger than the balcony cabins above the mini suite takes up more inside room than the cabin above it. The cabins on Caribe deck have much large balconies. So in the mini suite part of your balcony is covered by the balcony above it and then you have an uncovered portion also. I hope this all makes sense to you.

I've never had a cabin on Emerald so I can't give you any info on that.
